Skill: warm up to WOD weight
WOD 1: You have 4 min to complete 90 reps of....
15 thrusters
15 CTB pull ups
If you finish 90 reps your time limit moves to 8 minutes to complete an additional 90 reps and so on. If you don't get to the 90 reps in first 4 min the wod is over and you report total reps completed.
WOD 2:
EMOM ladder
HR Push Up
Air Squat
Ex: min 1= 1 pu 1 squat 1 sprint. Min 2= 2 pu 2 squat 1 sprint. Min 3= 3 pu 3 squat 1 sprint
The ladder Continues until you can't finish within the minute:)
